Sam Yip started with one embroidery machine and a belief that craft should be taken seriously in Singapore.
In the early 1990s, Sam saw what no one else was doing: treating embroidery as a precision discipline, not a commodity service.
In 2002, Shevron Pte Ltd was formally established. The name draws from the military chevron — the inverted V representing growth and upward movement.
Jade brought something her father had built the foundation for — a design language that could speak to the next generation of corporate clients.
When Jade Yip joined the business, Shevron had the craft mastery and the manufacturing capability.
Under Jade's leadership, Shevron has evolved from a specialist embroidery house into a corporate gifting partner.

Every stitch is placed deliberately. Embroidery is not applied to a product after design — it is the design. The precision of execution is where premium is made visible, or lost.
Asian design has its own authority
Premium does not have to look European. Modern Asian design — precise, culturally considered, quietly confident — has its own visual language. We build from that, not against it.

We produce to brief, not to stock. Every unit we make has a destination. We do not produce surplus for the sake of hitting a lower unit cost.
All Travel and Lifestyle products are available in high-quality vegan leather — same finish, same durability, animal-free.
Our standard gift packaging is plastic-free — rigid card, tissue paper, and kraft wrapping. No bubble wrap, no polybag unless required.
